Is there a tutorial or help guide? I haven't managed to get my head round how to do the basics ie allocating tasks to colleagues.

Either you can't edit tasks once you've added them to your pail or I can't see where you edit them?
Also, if you accidentally click you've started or completed a task I can't see how to undo this?

I would like to see users being about to input a % complete for tasks rather than just putting started or complete. It gives Managers a better unstanding of the workflow. i.e. If a 2 day task needs to be finished by Friday and on Thursday it's only marked as started there is no way of knowing how the person is progressing. If it was marked as 50% complete this would be better.

When you invite a colleague do they automatically appear in your contact list? Might be good for there to be a list of who you have invited and whether requests are pending or complete.

I have a number of tasks I need to do each week. It would be nice if Pailz automatically added them to my Pail at the beginning of each week.,

How do I add a pail for George and I to work on. I have invited him to join, do I have to wait until he accepts to add a joint pail for him and I to work on?

things are going well there at Pailz Castle. Minute now makes sense as grouped tasks, good improvement. There needs to be some more fluidity between views: i feel a little staccato when clicking as i lose the info i saw on the previous screen.

You've gone very much one way in the "put as little information as possible per screen to avoid confusion" approach, but what benefit might you find in duplicating information (like task lists or list of pails) on every screen for quick access?

Please could there be a clearer way of accessing the profile page (either as a tab or 'Profile' button.)

I think it might be good in terms of Social / business communication usage of Pailz if the profile page could have a feed of tasks, and maybe something networky like a message board, twitter feed, or yammer feed.

Also, it'd be good to add some personal details like a photo and info of myself / my position.

Once I've opened my Pail, it'd be good to add tasks to it as well as subscribers

I want to pop some of my minutes tasks into different pailz, and it would be good just to be able to drag and drop them into the list of pailz on the left, which could be bigger.

I have more than 5 pails but I can only see the top 5, I'd like to see all of them in the list on the left hand side.

All feedback and bugs can be included in Tasks details, comments and description fields. Tasks to be debugged or improved can be prioritised using Pailz?

When I am in a Pail view, I would like to add new Tasks to that Pail

I would love to be able to enter tasks in multiple ways, e.g.

Email
Upload (including an import from Rememberthemilk)

I'm a real big fan of power users being able to use keyboard shortcuts in apps...
